After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Aimed at large deformation and short time repair of high stress deep soft rock roadway, analysis and proposed mechanism of deep hole released blasting technology and design principle of released blasting parameters about two sides and foot-comers of roadway, and field study earned on in Xie-qiao Coalmine of Huainan Mining Group. Research results show that concentrated stress of shallow surrounding rock transferred to deep rock by deep-hole released blasting of high stress soft rock roadway in deep mine, it´s changed the stress state of surrounding rock, and deformation of roadway controlled effectively.
