Abstract :
Five treatment groups i.e. Control, Intensity 1 (T1), Intensity 2 (T2), Intensity 3 (T3) and Intensity 4 (T4) were conducted through simulated trampling. Stolon density of centipedegrass (Eremochloa ophiuroides) was significantly affected by trampling (p<;0.01). With the exception of T4, with an increase of growth days, the density of stolon gradually increased in length from Control to T3. Stolon density increased after moderate trampling disturbance of T1, and decreased gradually due to over-trampling from T2 to T4.
