Abstract :
The work of a teacher in the education of engineering demands a high scientific and pedagogic preparation. The engineer must transmit to the participants his experiences in addition to his way of learning to learn. In the quality audit class, the student requires, in addition to satisfy his/her cognitive needs, to develop skills relative to the successful planning and execution which must not be developed exclusively in the classroom. The most effective strategy to develop successfully this symbiosis is to use the conceptual methodological problem as a result of analyzing a productive process. Some operations stages, selected from the productive process, and groups of students are assigned to discover gaps and develop solutions through creative collaboration. Results are worked using different ways to control students in the development of his knowledge, practical skills and attitudes. In addition, it is possible to emphasize certain ethic values, and, the results of the audit can be used to improve the host company
