    Oil is the main industry in Ecuador where many oil companies have made important investments. Engineering and construction have been done by large companies and local companies. Large companies have subcontracted local companies or built up task forces to execute projects with excellent results (efficient-low cost). The author addresses this organization, resources allocation, budget and schedule control
