Abstract
Slough Estates has been in existence since 1920 and is involved with many sites in the UK. The site at Slough in Berkshire is of particular interest with respect to combined heat and power (CHP). The extension of the CHP plant by the addition of boilers and a generator are discussed. The authors present details of the mechanical plant configuration; operation and control; and the plant before and after the project
