Communications Services provision in developing countries pose some challenges. Technologies available such as GSM, GSM/GPRS, WCDMA, CDMA2000,WLL,ADSL etc VSAT/Satellite can provide services in different remote areas and municipality. Although above mentioned technologies already implemented still data accessibility in some rural/municipality and low populated is a problem. Due to the Proposal of UN-ICT task force, ICT can be used for Poverty reductions in most of developing Countries. This can be realized by accessing data (internet & Associated Services). In order to be able to access Internet and other services e.g. e-Learning, e-Health, e-Government, e-Commerce we need different initiatives.
