Abstract :
Based on the theory of fuzzy multi-object group decision and fuzzy technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (FTOPSIS), fuzzy optimization model of time-cost-quality for Dayawan water diversion engineering project is formed. Then, applying fuzzy multi-model network planning techniques and self-adaptive genetic algorithms, the most satisfied decision alternatives can be obtained.
