Abstract :
Numerous examples of coal and gas outburst and research show that a large number of gas generate during the process of geological structure formation, and stress concentration can be formed. Tectonic coal has a high degree of coalification. At the same time, both high-stress and the damage to the coal structure are favorable conditions for coal and gas outburst. Study on stress distribution and gas migration during the process of geological structure formation can make clear the role structure plays in the outburst. Different forms of geological structure have a different control on gas migration. The paper simulated the rock deformation by using ADINA software considering the rock as bilinear plastic material. It gave a formation progress of syncline.
