  • Abstract
    Low carbon economy calls for the development of new energy vehicles. How to realize the leaping-forward development in the new energy automobile industry, that is a major strategic task we face. The useful tool of Global value chain has the very important reference value in analyzing entry model of new energy automobile industry and the introduction of talent strategy. From the view of global value chain, it gives the innovation strategies of developing new energy automobile industry in Changzhou National High-Tech Zone, which are including closely tracking the world new energy automobile industry development, increasing R& D and design support effort, developing and innovating the platform and mode of R&D, constantly innovating management mechanism, speeding up introduction and cultivation of high-level talent and entrepreneurial leader needed.
