Abstract :
In order to reinforce the soft foundation of bridge pier while the overweight vehicles´ crossing, according to the balance calculation of ultimate bearing capacity about the round shallow foundation, the static pressure grouting with anchor nail was used to reinforce the soft base in the Yaquepu-Jiangjiaji overpass bridge in Jingmen, HuBei province and good results were achieved. It shows that the static pressure grouting with anchor nail to reinforce the soft foundation precedes the other methods. The practical results show a practical guidance and application significance for the soft foundation reinforce engineering.
