Abstract :
As an energy hungry developing area in northeast severe cold district, high building´ s energy consumption will certainly confine the regional economical development and restrict increase of people´ s living standard. Taking existing residential buildings of northeast severe cold district as the subject investigated, according to the local climatic features in northeast severe cold district, and based on overall understanding and partial experimental research in related materials of envelope construction, this research analyzes effects of exterior walls´, roofing´ s, doors´ and windows´ thermal performances and constitutions on building´ s energy consumption. Importance of existing residential buildings energy efficiency for improving energy-saving reform plan is discussed, meanwhile it contributes scientific evidence to accurate design of building envelope structures.
