Abstract
In present work the nonstationary boundary conditions for horn output device, vacuum and plasma oscillators are obtained, which are justified using Laplace transform and Bessel equation. Nonstationary boundary conditions describe sufficient reflections of the signal Fourier components, lying near waveguide cutoff frequency for realistic design of energy output device.
