Abstract :
According to the image system which down-sampling and over-sampling both exist in, the combined technique of IR (Image Restoration) and SRR (Super-resolution Reconstruction) is put forward in this paper. IR can improve the blurring caused by atmosphere disturbance and light diffraction and so on, which appear in over-sampling condition, and SRR can improve aliasing caused by down-sampling. Experiments indicate the validity of method put forward. This method can be applied to the scanning remote sensing system in which the line-array sensor is arranged shifting sub-pixel in sensor array direction.
