Abstract :
In accordance with the definition and characteristics of the network storage system survivability, indexes including reliability, availability, integrality and confidentiality are selected to evaluate the survivability of the network storage system. First a quantitative evaluation method based on gray relation analysis about the network storage system survivability is introduced. The evaluating data of survivability is collected through the established FC-SAN network storage system. At last using the data, the improved method of gray relation analysis is employed to calculate the survivability, and the calculating result indicates that the proposed method can effectively evaluate the actual survivability of the network storage system.
