Abstract :
The application and development of prestressed concrete composite box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs and reactive powder concrete were summarized in this paper. The authors analyzed the characteristics of prestressed concrete composite box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs and tapped the potential and predominance of reactive powder concrete. A new type of prestressed reactive powder concrete composite box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs was presented in detail. In addition, by taking the Guangxi Longbai Road bridge as prototype, the two trial design of prestressed reactive powder concrete composite box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs were carried out. The results of design and analysis show that the reactive powder concrete substituting for the concrete in the composite structure with corrugated steel webs can further reduce selfweight and work amount, but also can realize standardized production and cut down the construction period. Therefore, the study in this paper may provide a breakthrough consideration for the development of prestressed concrete composite box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs.
