  • Abstract
The biodegradation of most refactory organics is carried out by means of co-metabolism. On one hand, this article birefly discribed the theory research of microbial co-metabolism, on the other hand, anaerobic co-digestion plays an important role in agricultural waste, efficient use of manure and the improvement of mathane production. Make full use of waste resourses. What´s more, analyse co-digestion in the application of fermentation and the exist problems. The most important is that although co-digestion in mesophilic made some progess, low temperature fermentation has become a technical problem, how to realize the full use of resourse in low-temperature and gain large methane production has become the core issure. At last, this paper discusses the development in the future.
