From the economy attribute of urban public transportation service, the text analyzes the relationship between the service supply and public goods property. And it uses the game theory to discuss that the urban public transportation service may be facing the supply shortage and the resource abuse, and find out the solution. Combining the current situation of the supply of urban public transportation service, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
