Abstract :
The adjacent buildings and bridges could be destroyed to different extent, which resulted from earthquake pounding. This paper introduced different contact models and methods employed by researchers at home and abroad, and focused on the 3D contact-friction model of pounding considering tangential friction proposed by PING ZHU, moreover, not only to realize this numerical model based on OpenSEES which is open source software, but also to testify this model.
