Abstract :
To develop bioenergy characterized with environment friendliness and renew ability is inevitable to undergo, in order to solve the problem of fossil energy shortage, to respond to such disastrous consequence as greenhouse effect and acrid rain on the earth because of short-term large-scale exploitation and utilization of fossil energy, which is necessary for human survival, and to maintain continuous stability of economic development and human long-time existence and development. Biomass resources are widely distributed, able to be transformed into efficient solid, liquid and gaseous fuels, which can be used to replace such fuels as coal, oil and natural gas. Energy consumption in China is huge, especially most of which is the coal. Bioenergy is the fourth energy resources following by coal, oil and gas. On the basis of survey research and rational consideration, the idea is raised that the demand for bioenergy is exuberant, the production technology is feasible, from the standpoint of economy, the bioenergy producing cost will reduce due to government subsidies in a short term and with technology advancement in a long run, by contrast, the price of fossil energy will gradually rise due to its scarcity, which is reasonable, and the eco-environment will be rather friendly in the future.
