Abstract :
The authors analyze plane-wave diffraction by a sinusoidal grating of finite width for the case of H polarization using the Wiener-Hopf technique combined with the perturbation method. The exact solution in the Fourier transform domain is obtained. A way to derive the zeroth- and first-order scattered fields in the real space is described.<>
