Abstract :
In this paper, we introduce a full-diversity rate-(near) one space-time block coding scheme over frequency-flat fading channels. It will be shown that the proposed scheme enjoys linear decoding complexity and maximum likelihood (ML) decoding for any arbitrary number of transmit antennas
