Security features for DECT

It is planned that the DECT system will include a number of security features designed to enable secure access to fixed systems and to provide confidentiality of data transferred over the radio path. Five security services have been proposed: authentication of a portable part, authentication of a fixed part, data confidentiality, mutual authentication and user authentication.
