Abstract :
In this paper, a structural model is built for space reconnaissance intelligent service requirements evaluation. Then employing AHP method to evaluate military values of service requirements. Considering military values constraints and based on DBSCAN algorithm, this paper proposed a new clustering analysis algorithm which could handle the problem of identifying isolate or low density but high values requirement with noise. Considering characters of space reconnaissance and characters of service requirements, the formula is given to select the values of Eps and MinPts. Experimental result confirms that the new proposed algorithm not only has the advantages of DBSCAN, but also takes advantage of the constraint military values to make the results more reasonable than traditional ways and is according to the characters of space reconnaissance.
