Abstract :
The authors have developed the elements of an OWR (open waveguide resonator) theory, based on the correct mathematical model of spectral and diffraction boundary value problems and corresponding effective numerical algorithms. This theory provides a reliable description, explanation, and prediction of the physical nature of electrodynamical processes in an OWR.<>
