Abstract
In order to transmit the field data to the monitoring center and monitor the production process in real time, the characteristics of field instruments signal are analyzed, a all-purpose wireless transmission device for field data is designed, which is developed based on MSP430 Microcontroller. For the sake of acquiring the field data and not disturbing instrument signal to transmit to the original control system at the same time, a signal distribution module is designed. The general interface that is used for different kinds of field instruments is developed. Experimental results show that this device has the characteristics of high accuracy, low power consumption and stable performance in the process of transmitting field data. Therefore, this device has very good application prospect.
