Abstract
The apparatus that accelerates electrons which are emitted from an electron gun to produce a high energy electron-beam. The basis of electron beam technology is electric energy represented by accelerated electrons. They interact in the product and deposit their energy as ionizing radiation. The facility where materials are reformed physically or chemically by the adequate irradiate of electron-beam which comes from accelerators. In this paper, we wish irradiate electron-beam to STC-5 that is used much as spiral spring´s materials of industry application fields. The purpose is improving elastic force of STC-5 through electron-beam irradiation. Finally, we wish to estimate energy density through measurement of the elastic modulus, pressure coefficient, and surface process.
