  • Abstract
Deep processing of closed or semi-closed determines the fact that the cutting heat is not easy to diffuse; the situation of the cutting tool can not be directly observed; chips difficult to discharge, tools prone to wear and collapse, the quality of surface difficult to ensure; drills need to have sufficient rigidity, because thin-walled tubular parts tend to make deep center hole deviated or deformable. For these problems, our predecessors made arduous explorations and various attempts, the most important among which is the exploration of deep-hole cutting tools. In fact, it is the improved tool as a key factor that promotes the deep processing technology.
