Abstract :
The applications of digital signal processing (DSP) in analaog to digital (A/D converter) and digital to analog converter (D/A converter) testing are presented. The new methods of applying DSP in extracting integral-nonlinearity information from the dynamic data captured by an A/D converter, finding sparkling code, and filtering operation are discussed. The detailed design and implementation procedures and the equivalent frequency responses are also presented
