Application of cloud computing in the health information system

In order to realize the sharing of medical information, coordination of medical, as well as the efficient and cost-effective health information system through the construction of a distributed and high-integrated platform, the medical and health information system infrastructure based on the cloud computing is proposed. And three kinds of application mode, SaaS, PaaS and IaaS, are applied in this architecture. Different units could select the corresponding application according their divers usages, what´s more, the existing information systems can access cloud computing environment through federal service platform cloud interface, finally to create the environment for the whole medical and health units to use the cloud computing conveniently, and to solve the problems, for instance, difficult and expensive to see a doctor, by reducing operating costs, and improving medical standards.
