Abstract :
Presented here is the self-consistent mathematical model of a TWT on the wavy bent rectangular waveguide with use of equivalent quadrupoles. It is shown, that the irregular relativistic TWT may have calculated electronic efficiency 65% in a S-band, in a Q-band the calculated efficiency may achieve 30%.
