Abstract
In this paper, a class of complex dynamic network model with time-varying delays is considered. By employing linear matrix inequalities (LMI) and Lyapunov functional method, some new sufficient conditions ensuring the synchronization of the network systems are obtained. A numerical example and it simulations are given to illustrate the efficiency of the derived results.
