Abstract :
Disturbed by the inner and outside disturbance, some subsystems of complex system collapse, which may affect other subsystems because of the existing of brittle contact with collapsed subsystems and result in the whole complex system collapse. In this paper, the brittle contact graph is founded based on the brittle contact among subsystems, and brittle source of complex system is got through the brittle reachability matrix, moreover, the brittle degree of brittle source is also got according to the transmission probability and the collapse probability of brittle source. Based of these, the importance of brittle source can be judged. Finally, this analysis method is applied to study the power system, and some practical results are proposed, which are meaning for preventing and controlling the collapse of complex system.
