Abstract
Due to the permenent magnets on the pulley, metal belt in longitudinal motions is influenced by magnet in the system of metal belt transmission with permanent magnets. If we view the magnetic force as an external stimuli, it will result in transverse forced vibrantion of the metal belt. This article used the Kelvin viscoelastic model at first place, and founded the dynamic model of transverse nonlinear forced vibration in the metal belt transmission with permanent magnets, then, made a numerical simulation analysis through ANSYS, finally, by experiment, analyzed the dynamic response chracteristics of metal belt and the influence of the nonlinear.
