Abstract :
The digital integrated circuit technologies operate on a wide variety of continuous-time signals. The reliability of these systems depends on the performances of the analog to digital converters ADC. However, the characteristics of ADC are affected by their resolution. In this paper, a bootstrap method is proposed which enhance the resolution of ADC and retain the desired accuracy.
