Abstract :
The traditional keyword searching mechanism has been unable to meet the needs of current expert knowledge base in searching based on semantic. Considering that the current indexing mechanism in the administration in the area of political affairs vocabulary knowledge management is lack of the ability of query reasoning, this paper combines with the optimizing B+ tree index and inverted index, and proposes semantic indexing mechanism based on ontology in vocabulary knowledge base of political affairs. This mechanism uses ontology to perform semantic annotation for vocabulary knowledge, and realizes high-efficient retrieval of semantic relations of vocabulary knowledge by building semantic indexing. The experimental results show that the mechanism has batter query inference ability and recall ratio in comparison with traditional B+ tree index and inverted index.
