Abstract :
Based on the principle of digital holography, the recording and reconstruction of a digital micros-hologram are analyzed. The phase aberration model and the two reconstruction methods and the autofocus methods for amplitude and pure phase object were discussed. An off-axis Fresnel digital holographic system with pre-magnification was built. The three-dimensional information of the USAF test target and the anamorphic wavy surface was obtained. The experimental and simulating results show that the variance of gray, Fourier spectrum algorithm and standard deviation functions are suitable for amplitude object in digital holographic automatic focusing. While Fourier spectrum, gradient square and modified standard deviation correlation functions are applicable function for pure phase object. Moreover, it is shown that both the automatic aberration compensation method and the lateral shearing interferometry approach are available phase reconstruction methods in digital holography.
