Abstract :
The new satellite services in Ka band will require a wide instantaneous bandwidth and a higher CW power level. TED has completed in 2008 the development of the building blocks of a 500 W TWT operating from 27.5 to 30 & 30 to 31 GHz and the manufacturing of TH4092 prototypes is now in progress.
