Abstract
In previous articles we have proved that it was possible to modify the hydrodynamic parameters of high speed jets of diesel oil with electrical processes (with injection of charges for instance). In this article we try to measure the interaction between the repulsion Coulombic forces and the surface tension ones with two experimental techniques. The first one is the "pendant droplet" technique and the second one is based on the properties of the propagation of waves at the surface of the liquid. We present the results obtained with both experimental techniques of measurement of the equivalent surface tension of an electrically charged surface. We analyse the results and compare both techniques.
