  • Abstract
    The NVH material is widely used on a vehicle as one of important means to improve auto NVH performance. The composition, operational mechanism, application area and performance features of three NVH materials such as damping, strengthening and sound absorption material are discussed in this paper. Moreover, specific application of three materials is introduced in combination with some vibration-damping and noise-reducing methods on some prototypes.
