Abstract :
The paper describes a software package based on Maple computer algebra system that implements so-called generalized transfer functions. These have been rediscovered recently as a new way of representing nonlinear control systems, in many aspects similar to the well-known traditional linear transfer functions. The aim of the paper is to focus on problems and algorithms connected with the computer implementation of the generalized transfer functions rather than on theoretical issues of the approach, which are being addressed in detail in several other papers.
