Abstract :
The algorithm of detail holding adaptive median filter is been bringed forward. Using the sub-filteration window with directivity and setting the filter´s sensitivity by threshold, the differentials of pixel gradation and median is been caculated and the consistency of pixels in window are been judged. The shape and scale of window based on the condition of noise influence are been dynamics adjusted. This algorithm can efficiencyly wipe off the pulse noise and mottle by experiment and increase the precision of follow-up image handling and analyzing.
