  • Abstract
    In this article, the writer, having done a research on the stripe shape of the continuous annealing line temper mill, on the base of both the theoretical calculation and the analysis of the production data, established a relevant roll contour supporting optimization model, implemented the optimal calculation with the Hybrid Genetic Algorithm, designed a plan for new roll contour configuration, and analyzed the effect of the 2D varying thickness theory on the roll gap horizontal rigidity and roll bending control. This article applies the result on the production, improving the stripe shape control effect of the temper mill, reducing roll bending burden.
