Abstract
The problem of allocating efficiently the power to the various classes of users in a multimedia CDMA wireless system is considered in the presence of imperfect power control. The quality of service requirement for each class of users is expressed in terms of the outage probability. It is seen that the reverse link capacity is maximized by a proper power sharing policy, which results to be a generalization of the one previously found in the presence of perfect power control
