Abstract
A new algorithm SRP-W is proposed to localize the secondary sound source. SRP is first used to estimate the largest sound source location. GCC is weighted to decrease the largest sound cross-corelation peak and keep the secondary sound cross-corelation peak. SRP-W can be used to localize the secondary source which is submerged by the largest one. Results of experiments on data simulation and in the semi-anechoic room demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
