  • Abstract
Secret data writing is an important area of research in numerous fields. DNA cryptography is a new field of cryptography arising research of DNA computing in last few decades. Today, DNA sequences are used for exposed cryptography, computing and data storage because these sequences contain large parallelism, extraordinary information density and exceptional energy efficiency. This paper presents a new encryption as well as decryption technique using the one time pad (OTP) technique through which one can secure our data within DNA sequences and its structure. The first section of the paper provides introduction about DNA sequences and its properties. The next section describes cryptography and steganography that is used in this paper. The last section describes the results obtained after encrypting and decrypting the message followed by conclusion.
