Abstract :
The authors present a method, referred to as the cylindrical-wave-spectrum method, to determine the radiation pattern and self-admittance of a waveguide slot. where the region exterior to the waveguide may be a cylindrical structure of, in principle, any cross-sectional shape. Some examples of applications of the method are described, namely, arbitrary cylindrical geometry, baffles and finite ground plane, and slot-admittance determination.<>
