Abstract
In order to train the undergraduates who have the practical skills to meet the employer needs and try to bridge the gap between the academic education and industry requirement, a novel model for constructing the experiment courses system was proposed. This new model learned idea from the Enterprise Resource Planning, in which the experiment courses were pulled by the special jobs in the market. In this article, a local Chinese university, Jiujiang University, was taken as an example to detail the new experiment courses system. The construction of training system and the related support elements were also discussed in details.
