  • Abstract
    Engineering project evaluation of bids issues are discussed in this paper, and in which the use of genetic algorithms are used in evaluation of excellences. This paper focus on the genetic algorithm in two important technology, coding problems and the design of fitness function . At the same time , new ideas on the design methods of the previous design of fitness function are proposed and its design is improved. The AHP algorithm is introduced into the design of fitness function .in conjunction with specific examples. The whole process using AHP algorithm to design fitness function is given.
