Abstract :
In this paper, we explicitly propose the topic of No center self-organizing IP phone system. With according to Peer to Peer overlays, VoIP is a main research contents, inquired into related agreement, related standard and key technique. Data transfer protocol, language coding and telephone meeting control has been analyzed. We have designed an IP telephone system with no center of the words data exchange and setting the net itself. This system supports number business(writing chat and data deliver) and speech business(end-to-end communication and no center telephone meeting), including system analysis and realization. Finally, the system has been tested. The results from its use in the LAN system demonstrate the high stability and better efficiency of this system.
