Abstract :
In order to improve the automated level and measuring precision of coal blending automatic control system for coke-making, a scheme of Distributed Control System(DCS) which is made up of the PLC and configuration software is used in this paper. Its hardware and software platform is introduced and the calibration software based on LabView is designed. The system has features of flexible high-performance, simple operation and stable work. The final test of the entire system meets the requirements.
